Aircraft Mechanic for Sling fleet maintenance

Employment Information

We will provide in-house training for you. After in house training has been finalized you will be a part of a dynamic team that works together to maintain the Sling aircraft fleet. You will be hands on with the team keeping the Sling fleet in the sky. Internal Fleet Maintenance

  • Monitors all events related to fleet aircraft.
  • Conducts hands-on maintenance at the direction of the Maintenance Manager.
  • Manages and prioritizes work to ensure maximum fleet uptime while keeping maintenance quality as the #1 priority.
  • Identifies event discrepancies and provides appropriate options.
  • Handles all billing, and FAA-required logbook entries in real time.
  • Maintains relevant references and tools required to conduct maintenance.

Job Requirements:

  • 5 years in the aircraft maintenance field preferred
  • A passion for aviation, a passion for quality and a passion for safety
  • Working knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations
  • Ability to understand and interpret aircraft technical data
  • ‪Effective communication in English (both orally and written)
  • Ability to successfully work with others as part of a team to achieve established goals.
  • Ability to have an early work day

Licenses/Certification:

  • Valid and current Airframe and Power plant (A&P) Certificate optional
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Ability to work in the US

Salary Range: $20 - $35 per hour based on experience and qualifications
