Skills and Experience

Experience: 7+ years

Skill Level experience: 2+ years

1. Seven (7) years of experience in F-15 component, accessories and systems of which at least two (2) years must be at the supervisory level.

2. Qualification as an F-15 Systems Maintenance Specialist is mandatory.

3. Experience at coordinating Intermediate Maintenance (IM) shop functions and managing component shop is mandatory.

4. In addition to the qualification requirements of Maintenance Flight Superintendent, the Aircraft Maintenance Specialist – AFSC 43199 (25199) requires two (2) years at the nine-skill level.

Task and Responsibility

1. Troubleshoots, inspects, repair, and maintains assigned aircraft and equipment.

2. Perform on the job training (OJT) for assigned trainees.

3. Documents all maintenance actions as prescribed by established procedures.

4. Performs acceptance inspections on newly assigned aircraft and equipment.

5. Inspects assigned aircraft and equipment. (Aircraft Inspector/ QC)

6. Orders and receives parts.

7. Perform specialty assignments, can be but not limited to, flight line, dock maintenance, AGE, special vehicle, maintenance, aircraft repair branch functions and intermediate maintenance fabrication shops.

8. Organizes and supervises the IM repair task and associated contractor personnel. Advises and controls shop workload flow and is responsible for maintenance procedures, practices, and performance.

9. Plans, projects, and implements IM requirements, associated spares, tools and test equipment.

Identifies and resolves problem areas, recommends, and improvements in productivity and provides full management, statistics and charts on the IM work and trains RSAF personnel on all aspects of the F-15 aircraft systems. Identifies component ranges suitable for inclusion in offset program and developing the in-Kingdom capability

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
