Job Summary:

Pinnacle Solutions is looking for an Aircraft Composite & Structural Repair Technician to work in Montana. To join our team of outstanding professionals, apply today!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Performs maintenance on the MH-139 aircraft, documents maintenance using 781 series forms, GOLD especially, and IMDS.
  • Primary duties focus on inspection and maintenance of aircraft structures to include composite material repair.
  • Other duties may include systems and components inspections through daily pre-flight / post-flight operations, scheduled & unscheduled maintenance, TCTO's and heavy maintenance using IETM (computer-based technical directives), the accomplishment of weight and balance functions, as well as jacking, towing, and aircraft servicing.
  • Additional duties required for flight line operations may occur.
  • This is the foundation of the establishment of the USAF MH-139 Grey Wolf Program. Building and creating the template for other locations to follow. Opportunity for advancement with relocation to new location openings.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be able to pass DOT physical.
  • Prior US Military Aviation Structural Mechanic or Experienced A mechanic.
  • Must maintain valid driver's license.
  • Must have previous helicopter experience.
  • 4 years of aviation experience.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Secret Clearance.
  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Travel up to 25% required.
  • MVR included in background check.

Desired Qualifications:

  • USAF helicopter maintenance experience highly desired.
  • AW139 experience highly desired.
  • Current FAA Inspection Authorization highly desired.
  • Level II Composite Repairman certification.
  • Active Secret Clearance.
