Essential Functions:

  • Manage office administrative functions
  • Process payroll, and report certified payroll
  • Payables
  • Manage company pre-employment screening, employment files, insurance benefits
  • Maintain records, data analysis and presentations as required
  • Assist management in the hiring process

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills that build trust and instill confidence

  • Ability to write effectively and work proficiently within MS Suite, Quick Books

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and guidance and independently set own work priorities, working directly with leadership as needed

  • Ambitious, energetic, self-motivated, positive attitude

Salary: Dependent upon experience
