As an Account Representative, You will:

  • Provide product and service information to customers by answering questions and offering assistance
  • Offer tailored solutions to customers that exceed their needs by actively listening to their needs and concerns
  • Obtain a comprehensive knowledge of our services, products, and sales promotions by attending company meetings and client webinars
  • Outperform standards and expectations with a positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and rigorous determination
  • Become efficient in utilizing client-provided technology devices to assist in providing efficient customer service
  • Engage in meetings with the Account Representative team meetings to drive sales margins and improve the customer experience
  • Comply with company policies and guidelines when interacting with customers and inputting confidential customer information
  • Initiate contact with customers, authorized third parties, and vendors to generate sales accounts
  • Keep up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales transactions

We are looking for an Account Representative who has:

  • Experience in account management, customer service, customer support, sales, or client facing
  • An education minimum of High School Diploma or equivalency
  • Proactive and efficient time management skills
  • Ability to thrive under pressure, execute critiques with ease, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Problem solving, analytical, and practical judgment skills when handling adverse situations
  • Ability to negotiate effectively, close sales, and apply effective questioning and listening skills
  • Friendly and professional demeanor, both within the office working with management and other Client Ambassadors, and when conversing with customers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $61,000.00 per year

Ability to Relocate:

  • Long Beach, CA: Relocate before starting work (Required)
