RLS Account Managers - Nuclear Pharmacy differentiate product and pharmacy service offerings, identifies, and negotiates renewal and competitive contract opportunities within Hospital IDNs, Outpatient Imaging Centers and Cardiology Clinics.

What is an Account Manager - Nuclear Pharmacy’s Responsibilities?

  • Accountable to achieve the sales operating plan target for assigned territory.
  • Present company products and services to key decision makers in the hospital, outpatient, and cardiac clinics in the territory.
  • Negotiate contracts with key decision makers.
  • Product & service presentations to current and potential customers.
  • Work with team members to increase prospects and closure rates
  • Develop business plans for territory, including but not limited to, opportunity development, competitive strategies, and targets.
  • Interacts with sales team to architect and execute on solutions for customers.
  • Forecast sales performance to plan in the territory monthly.
  • Document activity, sales, and customer info into Customer Relationship Management tool.
  • Master utilization of company provided e-tools.
  • Represent the company at trade association meetings to promote products and services.

What Experiences and Education Do I Need to Bring To RLS?

  • Experience with PET radiopharmaceuticals and related equipment.
  • Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years or Associates with 5+ years’ experience in the healthcare industry, pharmaceuticals, or imaging technology.
  • Contracting experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • 60% travel.
  • Valid motor vehicle license.

Desired Characteristics:

  • Radiology / Nuclear medicine experience.
  • Familiarity of Radiopharmaceutical industry including distribution channels and nuclear medicine imaging.
  • Experience selling in Hospitals, Free Standing Imaging Clinics or Physician offices.
  • Experience in imaging sales.
  • Current knowledge of the local related business marketplace.
