Job Summary:
The Account Manager will be responsible for onboarding new customers, retention of existing customers, expansion sales of products/services. The Account Manager will cultivate existing relationships, build new relationships within assigned accounts, and ultimately drive retention and expansion sales to exceed revenue targets.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Onboards new customers, building customer success plans, ensuring customers are rostered and trained on the platform.
- Conducts webinars and in-person presentations and perform calls and emails necessary to develop and retain a strong relationship with assigned accounts.
- Demonstrates an effective approach to developing assigned territory, keeping a business plan up-to-date, and building on a proper sales expansion strategy.
- Cultivates deep relationships that result in a deep knowledge of your territory, market trends, competitor activity, and budgetary constraints.
- Ongoing learnings of company offered product /services.
- Manages product evaluations, and coordinates with sales to provide a high level of success following company standards.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Abilities:

- Thorough understanding of product, industry, and/or services provided to clients.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
- 3+ years of closing experience preferred.
- Experience in K-12 education/administration is beneficial.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
