Job Summary:
The Account Manager will lead and manage a security team and activities to protect clients assets. The Account Manager will also manage and/or implement security protocols for the client.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
· Interviews, selectively hires, and trains staff for the location.
· Organizes and oversees the schedules and work of security team.
· Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with Aecon
Global Security policy.
· Maintains and/or ensures maintenance of client records related to timely invoicing and bill
payment.
· Attention to detail.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Oversees team and fulfills staffing needs for regular hours, as well as special events.
· Maintains and motivates a positive security team through communication, incentives, and
evaluations.
· Addresses client's needs and resolves issues, ensuring positive and long-term client relationship.
· Plans, organizes, and coordinates training, development and develops, oversees, and maximizes payroll budget.
· Performs other related duties as assigned to include staffing of accounts.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
