THE POSITION OBJECTIVE
The Comfort Specialist role is a sales role that requires a great deal of customer interaction. The role requires daily in home visits, BTU calculations and design layouts of equipment.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive to clients home or place of business for face-to-face consultation. Review client needs.
Take measurements and photos and put together a design plan for proper heating and cooling.
Prepare and send out proposals within 24 hours.
Follow up with customers daily on unsold proposals.
Process all sales paperwork in a timely manner.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least two years of in-home sales experience required.
Strong customer service skills and skills in maintaining productive working relationship with other departments.
Excellent computer skills; specifically, MS Project, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
Strong written and oral presentation skills.
