The Sales Team for SyBridge Technologies is seeking an experienced and motivated Account Executive for our Mobility & Industrial Solutions Division. We are looking for an individual with experience in business development and sales in manufacturing, particularly within the injection molding and mold tooling industry with established relationships and a knowledge of mobility and industrial markets. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, this role will make a significant contribution to the overall pipeline and sales growth of the Mobility & Industrial Solutions group.


This job opportunity is open to candidates located in the United States or Canada - no relocation needed, with the flexibility of remote work.

You will work to drive new customer acquisitions and grow relationships with our current customers to unlock sales growth through a strategic selling process. You will partner closely with other sales team members, engineering, and our site operations teams to get our customer acclimated with the SyBridge team, capabilities, and overall business. The ideal candidate must be able to effectively perform a technical sales motion and to sell a comprehensive and strategic view of SyBridge to our customers in M&IS. You must also be able to sell to work in a fast-paced environment that requires regular travel for customer visits, manage and grow a large pipeline of opportunities, effectively forecast sales from your given territory and accounts, and act as the face of SyBridge with its customers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Building partnerships that will lead to long-term enterprise value.
  • Acquiring new customers in the given territory and converting these to revenue generating accounts.
  • Growing existing customer relationships and driving increased YoY pipeline and sales.
  • Set and execute an aggressive client acquisition strategy across M&IS verticals.
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting using Salesforce and other software tools.
  • Work with legal counsel and internal business stakeholders to navigate complex contracting arrangements including long term agreements with customers.
  • Responsible for framing the big picture, projecting where SyBridge is headed, and selling a vision of collaboration and long-term partnership with each prospective customer.
  • Work to create and refine the process for enterprise level customer acquisition at a senior level and then execute on and continually refine this process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 10+ years of professional experience in customer centric roles.
  • 8+ years in the injection molding, mold tooling, or supporting spaces.
  • Business connections within the injection molding and injection mold tooling space.
  • Understanding of the nuances of the manufacturing space and what customers are looking for in a partner.
  • Strong track record of developing and growing new customer relationships.
  • Track record of driving commercial innovation.
  • Ability to learn quickly and be agile to handle multiple (50+), distinct customers.
  • Proven success working within a manufacturing sales organization and ability to establish strong relationships across all supporting functions.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to define offerings, market capabilities, and forge new manufacturing partnerships through innovative approaches.
  • Strategic enterprise sales experience and revenue achievement selling multiple technical product offerings.
  • Ability to think broadly and outside the box to find new ways to create value.
  • Strong abilities in Microsoft PowerPoint with ability to update and tailor customer facing decks.
  • Solid abilities in Microsoft Excel with ability to create organized, well-constructed spreadsheets.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
