Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Account Executive to join our team, responsible for cultivating strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service for our software solutions. As an integral member of our team, you will engage with customers onsite, providing hands-on support, troubleshooting, and training to ensure optimal utilization of our products.
Responsibilities:
- Completing a set of scheduled customer loops to service our customer base
- Completing a standard service report with each visit
- Troubleshooting all issues with the equipment or application
- Engaging with key personnel at each location
- Creating quarterly business reviews based off of site visits
- Communication with customers via phone or email to help troubleshoot challenges
- Assisting with implementations at new or existing customer locations from time to time
- Maintaining company expenses through company issued American Express credit card
Experience:
- Exceptional communication skills
- Must know how to operate Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Basic proficiency with technology
- Ability to meet time-sensitive deadlines
