JOB OVERVIEW
Welcome to Wasatch Meats and thank you for considering a career change with us! We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our sales team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers and driving sales in our 83-year-old family-owned company. Our sales team consists of sales executives, former chefs, foodies, restaurant managers, culinarians, and meat cutters.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Territory Manager: Maintain strong rapport with existing customers. Acquire new customers by networking and cold calling restaurants, hotels, and resorts within the assigned geographic area.
Sales Consultant: Provide a consultative sales approach to customers rather than take their order.
Executive Communication: Comfortably interact and build relationships with executives in the foodservice industry that include business owners and key decision makers.
Product Expertise: Become an invaluable asset to customers by becoming a meat guru in all things protein, including beef, pork, chicken, lamb, veal, and wild game.
