The role:

· Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote the Home Health services across Miami-Dade

· Build and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and potential clients

· Create compelling marketing collateral and digital content to showcase our commitment to exceptional care

· Plan and coordinate community events to raise awareness and engagement with our services

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing efforts align with the company's mission and values

Required competencies:

· Book of business in Miami-Dade County

· Experience in Home Health Care – Medicare is ESSENTIAL

· Confident

· Self-driven

· Ability to work towards targets
