Job Summary
Dunmor is in search of highly motivated and customer-centric individuals to join our team as an Account Executives. We are looking for sales professionals who are dedicated to enhancing the customer experience and adept at sourcing and fostering strategic relationships.
Successful candidates will demonstrate a proven track record of achieving $3 million or more in monthly origination volume within the fix/flip, ground-up construction, single-family rental, and/or short-term bridge financing sectors.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
As a vital member of the Dunmor team, your role as an Account Executive encompasses a range of responsibilities aimed at identifying and capitalizing on new lending opportunities within the investment real estate sector. Key duties include:

Qualifications
1. Current or Past experience working for a direct competitor of Dunmor.
2. Proven track record of achieving $3 million or more in monthly origination volume in fix/flip, ground-up construction, single-family rental, and/or short-term bridge financing.
3. Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
4. Ability to analyze and organize financial information and perform financial calculations.
5. Ability to structure the loans according to the customer’s needs and the bank’s underwriting guidelines.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
