Keith is a public servant and problem solver with over 25 years of diverse experience in federal/ local law enforcement, corporate security, higher education, and entrepreneurship. As Co-Founder and COO of BluuKazi, he is focused on building Bluu’s team and scaling to communities all over the US while building partnerships with governments and community leaders. 

 Keith also serves as Chair of GT5 Equity Partners, a private investment firm focused on rebuilding communities in the southern US through targeted investments and collaborative initiatives. Keith combines his expertise to address a wide range of issues, from startups to the administration of publicly funded programs.  

A proud father of 5 and Washington, D.C. resident, Keith holds a Bachelor’s in Justice and Law from American University and a Master's in Curriculum and Instruction- Higher Education Administration from the University of South Florida.
