Workday HR Integrations Analyst / Developer

CommuniCare is seeking a Workday HR Integrations Analyst / Developer to join our team. This position can be based out of our corporate office in Blue Ash, OH, or it can be a remote or hybrid position.

We're looking for a passionate and motivated Workday Integrations Analyst to join our internal Workday HRIS team to help contribute to our success in driving efficiency, innovation, and excellence in our operations.

As a Workday Integrations Analyst, you will be responsible for being a part of our continued automation efforts. This role is ideal for someone who is agile, responsive, and eager to take on new challenges in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Integration developer with experience using Workday Technologies including Workday Studio, Inbound and Outbound EIBs, Calc Fields, Custom Reporting and RaaS, XML and XSLT, CCB, CCW, Workday Web Services, and APIs
  • Experience implementing and/or supporting Workday HR Integrations for one or more associated modules – Recruiting, Benefits, HCM, Compensation, Talent, Performance Management
  • Provide solution and integration development including requirements, technical specs, design, custom development, integration testing, UAT, and deployment
  • Maintain and support existing integrations by resolving defects, review for enhancements, and apply required updates, as necessary
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends and new functionality in areas related to the Workday product
  • Work both independently and collaboratively with team and stakeholders to define requirements and develop robust solutions
  • Proactive, with a sense of ownership and ability to manage multiple competing priorities
  • Integration related security configuration
  • Prism, reporting, and security experience is a plus

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree or equivalent
  • Experience designing, testing, deploying, and supporting complex integrations
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills and ability to interface with all levels of employee, management, or leadership
  • Excellent attention to detail, ability to consistently provide accurate data
  • Possesses a strong work ethic for working with and maintaining confidential information
  • Experience performing data loads and audits of complicated data
  • Ability to prioritize work and deliver in a fast-paced environment
  • Functional working knowledge of HR; Payroll processes a plus
  • Troubleshoot Integration issues and errors;
  • Workday reporting functionality; report writer calculated fields.
  • Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws;
  • Attention to detail
  • Analytical and creative problem-solving skills;
  • Workday experience with an emphasis on administration, relational database management, and report writing;
  • Ability to make data-driven recommendations, understand competing business priorities, and make prudent trade-offs while driving results to deadlines;
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language;
  • Ability to handle multiple and diverse objectives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Some functional knowledge of Workday HCM business processes and functionality.
