Job Duties:

• Be able to lift 50 pounds
• loading and unloading trucks
• Be able to move boxes from one end of warehouse to USPS/UPS stores if needed
• Reliable transportation'
• Warehouse Management system(WMS) experience is preferred

Title: Warehouse Operations Lead

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Warehouse Operations Lead is a versatile professional responsible for overseeing all facets of branch activities. With exemplary communication, decision-making, and leadership skills, the Operations Lead fosters a collaborative culture aimed at surpassing the expectations of both internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable

• Manage customer accounts to ensure financial integrity
• Monitor payment status of open invoices
• Generate weekly aging reports, process monthly statements, and maintain records of invoices/proof of deliveries

Invoicing

• Complete daily invoice posting accurately and efficiently

Customer Portal Management

• Handle paperwork and allocate orders as required

Branch Administration

• Manage reception duties including answering calls, greeting visitors, distributing mail, and maintaining office supplies and inventory
• Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, typing, drafting correspondence, and preparing customer statements

Work Environment:

• Occasional travel to other branches, suppliers, and training sessions
• Fast-paced multitasking environment
• Sitting for 30% of the time, standing and movement for 70% of the time

Pay: $28,001.85 - $47,024.65 per year
