Warehouse Manager (Korean bilingual required)

Timpl Group has partnered with one of the nation’s top 25 logistics companies to recruit a bilingual Korean Warehouse Manager as below:

Main Responsibilities:

• Maintain a safe and clean working environment in accordance to any applicable federal or state laws.
• Comply with customer’s warehouse operations processes and procedures.
• Adhere to customer’s warehousing policies, procedures, and practices to best meet quality aspect of operations.
• Plan and conduct employee training for warehouse team members to secure safety and stable operations.
• Perform warehouse asset management (purchasing and maintaining of equipment) in compliance with any applicable state and federal laws, as well as to secure stable operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics-related fields.
• 5 + years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to create great team work and to supervise.
