```Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, transportation planning, and warehouse management. As the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our warehouse, including inventory management, process improvement, and budgeting.

Duties:
- Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity
- Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing leadership and guidance to ensure high performance and adherence to safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
- Monitor inventory levels and implement procedures to maintain accurate stock records
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movement and streamline processes
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to increase operational efficiency
- Collaborate with vendors and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to optimize freight transportation
- Develop and manage budgets for warehouse operations

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices
- Proficiency in transportation planning and coordination
- Experience with AS400 or similar warehouse management systems
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify areas for process improvement
- Budgeting experience with the ability to manage costs effectively
- Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to lead a team and foster a positive work environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
