Warehouse Manager - Amazon & FBA Expertise Required

Our
company is growing in the consumer goods industry, and we're looking for a
talented Warehouse Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll play a
critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse,
with a specific focus on optimizing our fulfillment processes for Amazon FBA.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory management, receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Ensure adherence to Amazon's FBA guidelines and maintain a high level of accuracy in order fulfillment.
• Lead and motivate a team of warehouse associates, fostering a safe and productive work environment.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and ensure proper stock levels are maintained.
• Resolve any issues related to damaged or missing inventory.
• Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and reports.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest Amazon FBA policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a warehouse management role.
• Proven experience working with Amazon FBA, including in-depth knowledge of its processes, policies, and fulfillment procedures.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Proficient in warehouse management software (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite especially Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A valid forklift operator license is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $44,500.00 per year
