Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and ensuring the efficient operation of the warehouse. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a thorough understanding of logistics and supply chain management.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing products

- Develop and implement efficient inventory control procedures to optimize stock levels

- Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery of goods

- Manage transportation planning and scheduling to maximize efficiency and minimize costs

- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment

- Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure productivity and adherence to company policies

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role

- Strong knowledge of budgeting and financial management principles

- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure

- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and guide a team
