We are an Automotive Parts & Lighting E-commerce Company looking for 1 candidates work at warehouse to manager the warehouse operation.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Order Fulfillment Management: Oversee the end-to-end order fulfillment process, including order processing, inventory management, picking, packing, and shipping. Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately, efficiently, and on time.
• Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels and stock availability to meet customer demand while minimizing excess inventory and stockouts. Implement inventory optimization strategies and coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners as needed.
• Logistics and Shipping: Coordinate with shipping carriers and logistics partners to optimize shipping methods, rates, and delivery times. Monitor shipping performance and address any issues or delays to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• WMS system improvement: Identify inefficiencies in order fulfillment process and implement improvements to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and increase productivity.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• At least 3 years' proven experience in e-commerce warehouse management, preferably in a similar role within the retail or consumer goods industry.
• Knowledge of logistics, supply chain management, and inventory control principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience in E-Cang is preferred.
• Bilingual is preferred – English and Mandarin.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
