My name is Justin, I own Just-N-Tyme Automotive in Fredericksburg, VA and I know what it is like to feel unappreciated as a great technician. I know what it feels like to be taken advantage of. I certainly know what it's like to work next to a technician that had a bad character and was a thief! I could never find a place where the management or owner would hire people based on the culture and the crew, they were always hiring based on "master certifications" or the guy that says he can do it all, or heck, sometimes just hiring the next person that walked in the door. Yeah, that guy is usually a hack, right!? It makes the entire team look bad!

Just-N-Tyme Automotive was started over 12 years ago after waking up to a job where I was not appreciated. From that moment on, I vowed to change the industry. This position won't need to be filled until April, which gives us plenty of time to interview multiple technicians and discuss the opportunity.
