BryceTech is looking for a candidate who will be supporting a DoD client with a variety of needs including acquisition, program management, technology assessment, demonstration support, testing and evaluation, as well as software development/coding.

Performance Based Tasks Required:

  • Capable of working independently, able to perform as a principal Point of Contact (POC) and provide leadership to given assignments.
  • Possess coding skills, particularly in languages such as Python, Java, or C++, and familiarity with testing frameworks and methodologies.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in both front-end and back-end development, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Node.js.
  • Possess experience in data manipulation, statistical analysis, and machine learning techniques, along with familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Support the design, development, and implementation of software solutions to meet organizational needs.
  • Provide technical SME support during test events and resolution of software deficiencies in order to achieve Government acceptance of delivered products.
  • Proficiency in reviewing draft requirements documents (e.g., Initial Capabilities Documents (ICDs), Capability Development Documents (CDDs), Capabilities Production Documents (CPDs), etc.) from the combat developer, assessing feasibility of user requirements, reviewing, and refining failure definition and scoring criteria for reliability, and providing feedback.
  • Analyze product requirements, building and developmental testing, and coordinating software qualification testing.
  • Conduct security scans, document vulnerabilities, correct vulnerabilities, and document the resolution or mitigation of vulnerabilities.
  • Provide input to engineering analysis, engineering management support, and program planning at a strategic level.
  • Provide technical advice on the development of requirement decomposition and management for assigned systems. Familiar with the development and maintenance of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
  • Familiarity with DODAF architectures, actively contributing to the development, review, and submission of DODAF architectures for the program is desired.
  • Participate in internal program office activities relating to systems engineering.
  • Familiarity with assisting in the recording, tracking, and reporting of Configuration Items (CIs).
  • Understanding of reviewing and analyzing Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) and Value ECPs.
  • Proficiency in designing and reviewing material separation technologies.

Qualifications

  • Requires a minimum SECRET level clearance (Active).
  • The candidate shall possess a Bachelor’s in a Science or Engineering discipline.
  • Candidate should possess technical competency in MS Outlook, MS Project, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Word, SharePoint.
  • Candidate should be a superior writer, with the ability for critical thinking and clear communication.
  • Candidate should demonstrate ability to problem solve and work effectively with a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Candidate should demonstrate self-motivation and initiative in carrying out assigned tasks and responsibilities

Additional Information

Pay: $110,000 - $120,000
