HS&E - Each employee, at his or her level of responsibility, will comply with all applicable U.S. Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements as well as TEP Barnett HSE policy and supporting standards. Such duties include: taking responsibility for their own safety and that of fellow workers; reporting any anomaly, abnormal conditions, near miss, or incident; and actively participating in HSE meetings, safety talks, tool box meetings, training sessions and drills.
Code of Conduct - Observe all federal, state, local laws and regulations as well as the Company Code of Conduct, policies, standards and guidelines.
Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance: be knowledgeable of and compliant with applicable SOX controls, documentation, and reporting requirements in the assigned area of responsibility.
Analyze existing processes and propose improvements and new methods to control costs and enhance customer satisfaction
Support the field organization to ensure parts and materials are stored at the optimal locations
Partner with key business stakeholders in the selection and approval of new suppliers to meet business objectives
Responsible for supplier onboarding, due diligence, and negotiation of master service agreements.
Oversee demand fulfillment and costs and negotiate item pricing and special project pricing with suppliers.
Oversee a 170+ vehicle fleet including the purchase, maintenance, and divestiture of company assets.
Promote and adhere to safe & ethical behavior in line with the Anti-Bribery & Corruption and Health, Safety & Environmental Policy
Develop, implement and maintain department work procedures. Identify and implement process improvements
Ensure compliance with all company policies as well as all laws/regulations
Maintain, update and implement Supply Chain practices in accordance with new or changing policies, standards, regulations or laws
Support the Core values of the business
Develop and monitor Service Level Agreements with internal customers
Actively engage internal & external suppliers to provide feedback on performance and agree corrective actions.
Work with internal customers to identify new and manage existing suppliers
Maintain good working relationships with internal customers as well as internal/ external suppliers
Maintain and manage vendors
Perform other duties as required

Supply Chain Supervisor will be responsible for aligning and streamlining the business processes for TotalEnergies E&P Barnett USA, a Total affiliate. Define and manage the supply chain, logistics and distribution of products, parts and inventory, as well as oversees fleet operations. Ensure staff deliver efficient operations and timely deliveries to meet performance goals.
