ANDERSEN is looking for a Program Manager with Supply Chain and Ariba experience.

The client just launched Ariba – we are short on tracking the feedback and – the team is small so we are having trouble keeping up with questions directed at our team. So this person will be dedicated to helping users understand the context on Ariba. Ariba experience is a must. Support and guidance with visual and graphs for customers.

The role will consist of a lot of engagement with 24/7 chats, they will monitor chats to answer questions and drive responses, collect data and drive results.

Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience
1. Minimum 5-7 years experience with : People skills – customer service/ white glove service
1. Minimum 5-7 years experience with : Ariba
2. Minimum 5-7 years experience with : self driven/ independence

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
