  • Robust proficiency in integrated technologies.
  • Ability to implement new processes, technologies, and strategies to lead the supply chains to greater efficiency, resilience, and competitive advantage.
  • Strong analytical abilities, adeptness at managing supplier relationships.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics service providers.
  • Conducting data analysis to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement within the supply chain.
  • Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and standards governing supply chain activities.
  • Collaborating with other departments, such as sales, finance, and demand planning, to forecast demand and ensure product availability.
  • Implementing and managing quality control procedures to maintain high standards of service delivery.
  • Utilizing technology and information systems to improve supply chain efficiency and real-time decision-making.
  • Leading and developing a supply chain team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Responding to supply chain disruptions promptly and implementing contingency plans to minimize impact.

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities

  • Experience influencing at all levels of organization, including building high engagement through effective collaboration with key stakeholders and implementing company-wide changes
  • Experience with Supply Chain Systems, including but not limited to ERP systems (SAP), Transportation Management Systems, and Supply Chain visibility tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish.

Education and/or Experience: Undergraduate degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering or equivalent is preferred. Minimum seven (7) years’ experience managing large logistics departments is required, or any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the above knowledge, skills and abilities.
