Mr. Cooper is seeking a Senior Product Manager with a track record of quantified success creating digital self-service experiences which increase consumer self-service rates while preserving or improving customer satisfaction and net promoter scores. In this role you will lead cross functional teams in the continuous improvement of all self-service content and features across the consumer facing Mr. Cooper digital landscape. You will also generate monthly performance reports and identify key insights. Preferred candidates will be able to articulate how and to what measurable degree their previous achievements in digital self-service resulted in clear financial outcomes.
Responsibilities
  • Leading requirement gathering with business and technical stakeholders focused on identifying goals and considerations rather than requested solutions
  • Creating functional specifications, diagrams, use cases and other documentation as required to communicate the full scope of enhancements
  • Authoring Agile User Stories in the Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) system
  • Collaborating with Creative teams to produce highly intuitive user experiences
  • Conducting Legal & Regulatory Compliance reviews and collaborating to achieve compliance when gaps are identified
  • Leading Agile rituals with product, design, development, & QA teams
  • Performing post release validation testing to ensure successful launches
  • Publishing release notes for each sprint
  • Developing detailed reporting requirements capable of effectively measuring the performance of all enhancements
  • Analyzing customer account, engagement, and behavioral trends to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Preparing Pivot Tables & Graphs as needed to effectively communicate research findings
  • Identifying and sharing insights and recommendation through presentations to the executive team
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to develop, maintain, and communicate the product roadmap to company leaders, clients, and other stakeholders
Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. Master’s degree preferred
  • 10+ years in product management leading cross-functional teams through the on time and on budget delivery of complex technology initiatives
  • 3+ years of experience in agile software development environments with business stakeholders, developers, QA testers, designers & copy writers
  • 2+ years of experience managing consumer facing digital self-service capabilities such as online chat, site search, knowledge bases and creating user journeys which can quickly and easily allow users to discover and use the most appropriate resource
  • Knowledge of the mortgage industry is a plus

  • You independently prioritize your work and manage to deadlines
  • You excel at creating consensus and producing high impact outcomes leading teams with diverse goals and skillsets
  • You prioritize critical evaluation from diverse stakeholders to maximize the predictability of outcomes
  • You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills and can easily summarize both business and technology topics for executive leaders
  • You are passionate about the user experience
Position will require scheduling flexibility due to extensive collaboration with offshore teams.
