Are you an experienced HR Professional with a background in supporting start-ups? Are you skilled at Employee Relations; partnering with new managers and leadership to support HR questions and resolve employee issues?
THE RIGHT STAFF is seeking a Sr. HR professional to support an agricultural startup in St. Paul. This will be a part-time role working ~21 hours a week (3 -days). This is a 2-3 month contract primarily serving as an HR resource to managers, leadership, and employees regarding employee relations support, and HR processes with a focus on creating and fostering a positive and respectful work culture.
Ideal candidates will have prior experience working in a start-up environment with an organization that has multiple international geographic regions. Experience within agriculture or biotech companies or working with sales teams is preferred, but not required. This individual should be able to build positive relationships and be an approachable and warm resource for staff.

Minimum Requirements:
- Must have 5+ years of Sr HR level Experience with a midsized company.
- Must have a proven background in Employee relations support
- Must have some prior experience within a Start-up environment or culture.
- Experience in Agriculture or Biotech companies is preferred
- Experience supporting Sales Teams/Leadership is a plus.
Job Details:
- 2-3 Month Contract

- Pay $40/hr-$55/hr+
- Part-time Schedule, M, W, F - 7-hour days preferred, but flexible.
