The Sr. HR Generalist role supports, implements, and executes all tactical aspects of the HR function for a designated client group. Responsibilities include but are not limited to Employee Relations, Total Rewards (compensation, benefits, immigration & relocation); Talent Acquisition (recruiting, new hire on-boarding, orientation), Talent Management (succession planning, performance management & development), Diversity & Inclusion programs coordination, termination management, and employee engagement and good will initiatives. RESPONSIBILITIES
The Sr. HR Generalist role supports, implements, and executes all aspects of the HR function including but not limited to:

Coach, counsel and guide managers on employee relations issues (performance improvement, investigations)

Performance and talent management (employee development & succession planning, annual review processes, termination processes) in partnership with local practices and applicable business processes

Regional project coordination around policies, processes and change management, in partnership with legal, HR operations team members and COE’s

Parter with talent acquisition on the hiring process (recruiting, new hire on-boarding and orientation)

Partner with the leadership team to ensure HR initiatives are aligned with organizational goals and objectives

Complete and handle paperwork associated with employee’s life cycle

Assist with Campus and Diversity & Inclusion program coordination Qualifications
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree preferred
3 to 5 years of HR experience supporting high performance work teams in a manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of HR laws, principles and practices
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
PHR or similar certification
Leadership and ability to motivate and develop staff
Excellent technical/systems skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, e-Time, ADP, SAP)
Strong analytical skills and ability to use data in the decision-making process
Exceptional organizational skills
Ability to perform independently at a high level, self-directed, self-motivated Good influencing and relationship building skills
