Duration: 6 Months (possible temp to perm)

Shift timing: 8 AM – 5:00 PM Monday-Friday.
Description:

  • Primary responsibilities include: customer inquiries, processing orders and purchasing, follow-up on all orders, confirming delivery dates, scheduling shipments and expediting, quoting customers, assisting salespeople as needed and communicating with them regarding customer needs.
  • The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills with an ability to organize and follow through.
  • Although part of a team, the Account Manager works independently and for this reason, attention to detail is critical.
  • It is a fast-paced environment and multi-tasking is necessary.
  • The ability to proficiently use Microsoft office programs is necessary.
  • Our order processing software is SL Dynamics.
