Description:

Provides software application support to work group and large user base by performing software application configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and training for Client’s internal Issues List.

Responsibilities:

Interfacing with lead software application engineers and application users to determine requirements, configure software applications per user requirements, perform software application testing, and provide user training.

Techinical Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of programming languages, preferably Python, Perl, or Javascript.
• Technical support experience interfacing with diverse user base.
• Software testing experience.
• Proficient with Office software applications.

Desired Skills:

• Experience developing Web applications.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity practices, especially user authentication.

Soft Skills Required:

• Strong desire to engage with role.
• Ability to learn quickly.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Must have Strong Communication Skills.

Education & Experience Required:

• B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or other technical degree related to computer systems or software engineering.
• New graduates will be considered for this role.
