We are looking for a Service and Parts Manager that would be responsible for ensuring the profitable operation of the RV Service and Parts Departments at maximum production while controlling costs, building a loyal clientele, maintaining good employee relationships, setting and maintaining sales and profit goals, and maintaining service records.

  • Responsible for managing the production workflow to ensure profitability, productivity, and customer goals are achieved.
  • Maintain efficient workflow for technicians and ensure they are working at high levels and delivering quality service.
  • Recruit, train, motivate, develop and retain qualified employees.
  • Set schedules for technicians and other service personnel.
  • Review technicians’ work for accuracy and completeness.
  • Deliver quality work on time, every time to each customer.
  • Respond to all questions, problems and requests in an attentive, helpful and timely matter.
  • Ensure the health and safety of employees and customers by maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
  • 3+ years of RV Service Management experience is required.
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Team leadership and motivation skills to the service staff
  • Demonstrate commitment to and creative thinking for continuous improvement
  • High ability to multi-task
  • Ability to develop and maintain a good business relationship with both external and internal customers
  • Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to perform quick decisions, have a decision-making process in place
  • RV experience in service operations or related field.
  • Experience in a leadership role with demonstrated ability to motivate and manage people
