Key Responsibilities:

• Infrastructure Design and Architecture: Create and implement IT infrastructure solutions encompassing network, systems, storage, virtualization, and cloud platforms.

• Network and System Engineering: Configure and optimize network components, servers, and virtualization platforms to ensure performance and stability.

• Solutions Engineering and Integration: Develop and integrate IT solutions aligning with client requirements and industry best practices.

• Security and Compliance: Implement security controls and procedures to protect client infrastructure and data.

• Performance Optimization and Monitoring: Monitor infrastructure performance metrics and optimize resources for enhanced system performance.

• Client Consultation and Support: Act as a technical advisor to clients, providing expertise and recommendations for infrastructure projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure design, implementation, and management in an MSP environment

• Proficiency in networking technologies (Cisco, Juniper), server platforms (Windows, Linux, VMware), cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), and security technologies.

• Strong scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Python) and familiarity with configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet).

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

• $70,000 salary + annual bonuses (end of year, varies)
