Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Human Resources Manager to join our team. As the Senior HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources function within our organization. This is a key leadership role that requires strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of HR best practices.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
- Oversee talent management activities, including performance management, succession planning, and employee development
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations
- Manage the payroll process and work closely with finance to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee compensation
- Conduct employee orientation sessions to foster a positive onboarding experience
- Utilize HR systems to effectively manage employee data and HR processes
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and manage the HR budget

Skills:
- Proven experience as an HR manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of human resources principles, practices, and procedures
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in tax filings for various states

-Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with human capital management systems such as SAP or UltiPro
- Proficient in payroll processing and related software applications

-Experience with Medical, Healthcare, and Ancillary Benefits selections and explanations---Experience with assessments and PEO or ASO selections
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex employee relations issues
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
