Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Senior Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The Senior HR Generalist will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions, including talent acquisition, training and development, change management, and social media management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Duties:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints or concerns and recommend appropriate actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR initiatives
- Manage employee relations issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and terminations
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Utilize HRIS systems such as Paylocity, SAP, Salesforce, and Ceridian to maintain accurate employee records

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
- Experience with training development and delivery
- Proficiency in HRIS systems such as BambooHR
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically

Pay: $75,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
