We are a luxury, small-box personal training facility in McLean, VA where sessions take place in private training lanes. Because each lane is fully equipped with top-of-the-line Rogue equipment (along with everything else you might need), trainers never have to wait or share during their sessions. We also have 60 feet of turf with sleds, a private room for client consultations with an InBody 570 machine, and individual shower rooms with luxe products.
