We are looking for a dedicated Quality Control Manager who would be a key member of the site leadership team responsible for ensuring that the sites are safe, wholesome and comply with all applicable company, customer and regulatory requirements.

To be successful as a quality control manager, you should have in-depth knowledge of product safety, quality and continuous improvement via effective data analysis and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct leadership of the site operational QA employees
• Assure that quality Guards are well trained in support of their career development paths and the company's growth plans
• Manage and supervise Job site activities
• Use effective negotiation skills to drive alignment and resolve conflict.
• Provide coaching and constructive feedback
• Collaborate with team and cross-functional partners
• Evaluate data, assess and develop options

Pay: From $52,000.00 per year

• Monday to Friday

• Weekends as needed
