Position: Secretary/Bailiff
Location: Oklahoma County Courthouse
Hiring Official: Special Judge April Collins
Salary: $42,000.00
Benefits: State Employment (includes, paid annual and sick leave, insurance benefits, retirement)

Necessary Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Prepare orders and Judgement and Sentences, work with attorneys, prepare daily dockets and jail lists, assist the Judge in Court, organize incoming reports, keep the Judge’s calendar, order supplies, answer the phone, and prepare jury instructions, assist with jurors during Jury trials, assist with Cost Collection Docket and other secretarial duties as assigned by Judge Collins.
