About Us: Bowlz is a California-based company that specializes in creating innovative cannabis accessory products. Our main product is a magnetic bowl piece (@bowlzofficial on Instagram/Facebook). Soon, we will have a whole line of products. Along with selling online, we also sell our product to dispensaries and smoke shops. We are currently expanding our sales team and looking for someone to help us get new shops & recruit more reps once trained. We're seeking experienced sales representatives in the Central Coast area who are passionate about cannabis, hard-working, and want to learn.

Role Overview: As a sales representative for Bowlz, you'll be responsible for building and nurturing long-term B2B relationships with wholesale buyers and distribution partners.

Responsibilities:

• Use Social Media DMs & Cold Calls to generate new prospects
• Manage potential accounts and prospects
• Educate dispensary and smoke shop employees about our products
• Strategize upselling opportunities and identify new needs in existing accounts
• Provide weekly reports and updates
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own schedule effectively
• Possess excellent social skills, adapting to both professional and cannabis culture settings
• Help grow & expand team

Qualifications:

• Sales experience preferred; experience in hospitality, service, or related industries considered
• Familiarity with the smoking, tobacco, or cannabis product industry
• Strong organizational, communication (written and verbal), and problem-solving skills
• Transparent and open communicator, skilled at reading between the lines
• Detail-oriented & self-motivated
• Open to occasionally travel to visit new and pre-existing clients
• Fast Learner/ able to take feedback

Job Details:

• Type: Part-time
• Compensation: Base Pay + Commission
• Expected Hours: 10-20 hrs per week
• Schedule: At least 3 days a week
• Work Location: Remote/On the road
• Occasional In person meetings with sales manager

Pay:

• 1,000 base pay plus commission
• Variable upon experience
