Our client, Warwick Mechanical Group is searching for a real "A Player" to grow the business on the Virginia Peninsula and Southside areas!

The right candidate will have the ability to work independently, have a customer concern mentality and a history of setting and reaching goals.

This position requires prospecting. This consists of phone calls, strategically utilizing LinkedIn, emails, etc. You will be well trained on the “ services and how to”. If you are not willing to prospect for new opportunities (not wait for the phone to ring) ...Do Not Apply. Expectations at Warwick Mechanical are high and so are the rewards.

If this is you so far, but you do not have HVAC sales experience, THAT MIGHT BE OKAY. We want a true winner who has the right mindset. A person who can think on their feet, a person who is transparent, can be vulnerable and who comes across as authentic. WE WILL TRAIN YOU how to be world class.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $65,000-$75,000 base salary plus commission. We want someone who wants to make $150,000-$200,000 per year. If you are okay making $75,000, this is not for you.
