Responsibilities

• Perform systems check, rain-bay and final inspections of all units.
• Final quality sign off before shipping.
• Use gauges and testing equipment to assure products meet established specifications prior to shipment.
• Interact with department management, production management and other inspectors as needed.
• Daily communication with supervisor on potential defects.
• Comply with established rules, procedures and regulations in order to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Contribute to the team effort of accomplishing quality results in a timely manner.
• Work with the Quality Supervisor and the production team to continually improve production quality and efficiencies.

Necessary Skills

• 3 to 5 years experience in systems check, quality control or PDI.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude through periods of adversity.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to use a variety of hand tools, power tools, cutting equipment and testing tools.
• Ability to perform a variety of repairs on rv units.
• Ability to comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures.
