Calvary Robotics is seeking self-driven and motivated individuals, passionate about application of industrial robots in manufacturing automation. Main Duties

• Perform robotic application feasibility study, offline application simulation and path planning
• Program industrial robots in their native environment including development of interface to other equipment such as PLCs, Servos and Vision Systems.
• Deploy, configure, test and debug automated robotic systems.
• Collaborate with muti-disciplinary team during design and commissioning providing direction and feedback on optimal application layout and End-of-Arm-Tooling design.
• Participate in Machine Safety Risk Assessment
• Develop and maintain department standards library pertaining to robotic applications.
• Work directly with Calvary’s customers at different stages of the project, incorporate feedback, and help delivering a production ready system.
• Contribute to machine functional/maintenance documentation
• Develop demo applications demonstrating Calvary’s capabilities and technologies at industry trade-shows and in the Robotic Technical Center at Calvary’s Webster, NY campus.
• Interact with vendors to insure the optimal use of the robotics arm and for new solutions evaluation
• Participate in department initiatives towards continuous improvement goals

The salary for this role is $90,000 to $120,000; however, Calvary Robotics considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilites, a applicant's work experience, education/training, and key skills
