Job Description:

As an RN at JourneyPure, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional nursing care and support to our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing comprehensive patient assessments and developing individualized care plans.
• Administering medications, treatments, and procedures in accordance with physician orders.
• Monitoring and documenting patient vital signs, symptoms, and response to treatment.
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure the highest quality of care.
• Providing patient education and support to promote health and well-being.
• Ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment for patients.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to patient-centered care.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a clinical or hospital environment.
