Qualifications

· Registered Nurse licensed, unrestricted, in the State of West Virginia

· Valid driver’s license

· Must be able to pass a background check

· CPR certification

· Home health care experience preferred

· 1+ years of nursing experience preferred

· Have computer skills to be able to complete medical forms in digital formats

General Description

Provide quality client care via the development, implementation and monitoring of individual Nursing Plans of Care. Act as a liaison between the Agency, its clients and the client’s family. Follow established professional standards of care, Agency policies and Agency procedures.
