Community Hospice, Inc. is searching for a qualified RN for our On-Call Team. Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing with a current Kentucky and Ohio Nursing license. BSN and 2 years of experience preferred. This position will facilitate after hours skilled nursing assessments.

Education:

• Associate (Required)

Experience:

• Nursing: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Kentucky and Ohio; or a Multi-state License (Required)
