Employment Information
As a Registered Nurse at Forward Action Recruiting and Staffing, LLC, I understand that
my job duties are a vast number of patient care items that may or may not be listed
below. I understand that I must follow the bylaws of my license and operate within the
scope of my practice under the license.
The RN is to conduct self in professional manner at all times while at client partner
facilities and/or hospitals.
The RN will report timely to all shifts.
The RN will complete all tasks and assignments during shift in a timely manner.
Any issues or challenges arising during the shift will be communicated directly to the
facility house supervisor or nursing leader immediately, then to immediate supervisor at
Forward Action.
Provide direct patient care and services in the assigned unit.
Monitor patients throughout the shift and report any emergencies to physicians promptly.
Address patient complaints in a timely fashion to ensure patient satisfaction.
Serve as a resource in interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care.
Develop individual care plan to meet patient needs and achieve treatment goals.
Supervise new hires and less experienced staffs on their job duties.
Manage daily staff assignment and patient scheduling to ensure clinic coverage and
flow.
Perform daily rounds to assess patient condition and distribute medications to patients.
Assess and address physical and emotional needs of patients.
Educate patients on their health condition, maintenance and treatments.
Document and report patient assessment data to physician on daily basis.
Update patient medical records with services provided, health condition and response
to treatments.
Report medical supply and equipment needs to Supervisor.
Complete ALL Nursing interventions, ie: medication administration, treatments,
assessments, etc. per the policy of and rules of the facility.
