POSITION DETAILS
This is a telephone sales position. At least 1 years of telephone sales is required
Sells products and services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance
Tasks and Responsibilities:
– Serve as the point of contact between business customer and internal operation team
– Understands the Company’s business, services and products sold
– Interacts with business customers on escalated concerns and represents the brand by ensuring our core values are upheld
– Maintain customer information in the CRM system
– Process Sales in the POS system
– Build productive trust relationships with customers
– Ensure that customers have an enjoyable experience by providing superior customer service and exceeding customer expectations

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent technical, problem solving, and analytical skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- High self-motivation with ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, haven knowledge with CRM, POS systems.
- Work well in team environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or GED
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience working in the sales environment.
