JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develops, plans and conducts training on techniques for selling the organization's products and/or services for sales representatives and reseller partners

  • Designs training classes and training materials and prepares documentation Conducts sales training needs assessments and analyzes employee training needs to determine requirements for new program development

  • Monitors and evaluates sales training programs, assesses results and implements enhancements as needed to ensure effectiveness of programs.

  • KSAs: Developing professional expertise. Applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.

  • Full use and application of standard principles, theories, concepts and techniques. Provides resolution to an assortment of problems of moderately complex scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Exercises judgment within defined policies, procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.

  • Normally receives established instructions on routine work, and detailed instructions on new projects or assignments.

  • Work is reviewed for accuracy and overall adequacy

  • Contributions to the fulfillment of projects and organizational objectives.

  • Failure to achieve results or erroneous judgments or recommendations may require the allocation of additional resources to correct and/or achieve project goals

  • Primarily intra-organizational with occasional inter-organizational and external customer contacts on routine matters.

  • May provide limited guidance to lower-level staff.

  • Builds productive internal and/or external working relationships.

Qualifications:

  • University Degree / Diploma and 2-4 years. May have Master’s / Graduate Degree and 0-2 years.

Compensation Range:

$55,300.00 - $103,500.00

Compensation Frequency:

Annual

Base pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Supplemental pay types may include commissions or bonus incentives, depending on the role.
