The Department of Health Services (DHS) Division of Quality Assurance (DQA), is recruiting for a Regional Field Operations Supervisor (RFOS) in the Bureau of Assisted Living (BAL) to help ensure Wisconsin residents receive top quality care. DQA is responsible for protecting and promoting the health, safety, and welfare of residents living in and being cared for in regulated health care facilities.

This position has the ability to work remotely up to 5 days per week but may be required to report to an office location on occasion to complete certain tasks. This position can be headquartered at one of our central or regional offices.
This position will work typically Monday-Friday with daytime hours. This position will be expected to travel and may require overnight stays. We offer a team-orientated atmosphere and a focus on work-life balance.

As a RFOS, you will:
The starting salary is between $39.50 to $43.46 per hour (approximately $82,100 to $90,300 per year), depending on experience, plus excellent benefits. A 12-month probationary period is required.
Pay for current or former state employees is set based upon the rules that apply to compensation for the applicable transaction. This position is classified as Health Services Supervisor and is in pay schedule and range 81/03.

This position requires the ability to drive a State vehicle or the ability to provide one's own transportation. In order to become authorized to drive a State vehicle, you must meet the requirements of the State of Wisconsin Fleet Vehicle Policy, which are:

For positions that do allow remote working flexibility, although residency in the State of WI is not required for permanent positions, it is not anticipated that working outside of WI or bordering cities will be allowed as positions may at times need to report to office locations in WI on short notice.
Employees must have access to both a private workspace and secure high-speed internet for remote work option. Mileage reimbursement to the employee’s headquarter location is not provided. Remote work flexibility will be discussed in more detail during the interview process.
DHS does not sponsor work visas for this position, thus, in compliance with federal law, selected candidates will be required to verify eligibility to work in the United States by completing the required I-9 form upon hire.
